Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We cannot offer refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout (including missing apartment, unit, or suite numbers). Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
Refund Timeframe
We offer a 30-day refund policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
To ensure fairness and proper use of our products, all refund requests must meet the following conditions:

Product Trial Requirement
Refund requests will only be considered if the product has been used for at least 14 days within the 30-day guarantee period, allowing sufficient time to experience the product. -
Product Condition
Products must be at least 50% full to qualify for a refund. Items that are empty or nearly empty are not eligible. -
Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellation & Shipping Window
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to issue refunds or cancellations after 48 hours, as orders are already processed and shipped within this timeframe.
Refund Amount Limitations
As per our policy, refunds can only be issued up to the amount of the most recent transaction made. We are unable to process refunds beyond the value of the latest completed purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Returns requested after extensive use or once the product has been mostly or fully consumed

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
